K+M Chocolate is the brainchild of Michelin-starred chef Thomas Keller (The French Laundy, Per Se) and Italian olive oil producer Armando Manni (MANNI Olive Oil), who, together with chef-turned-chocolatier, Chi Bui, scientists at the University of Florence, and cacao farmers in Ecuador and Nicaragua, spent 5 years creating a totally new type of chocolate: one made with organic extra virgin olive oil in place of cocoa butter.

K+M's unique production methodology and the addition of a small amount of heart-healthy MANNI organic extra-virgin olive oil infuses their bean-to-bar chocolate with its signature silky texture while boosting its antioxidant properties three times the amount versus the common method.

All orders are typically processed the following business day and shipped from our studio in San Francisco per your selected shipping method. During particularly busy seasons, orders may take a bit longer, usually 2 to 3 business days, to process and ship.
